Media Coordinator

This role is an entry level position and reports directly to the Media Buyer/Media Buying Manager. This role will be responsible for assisting Media Buyers in all types of media platforms, predominantly traditional, to best serve our clients’ needs.

We are looking for a Media Coordinator who is energetic, reliable, and who thrives in out-of-the-box thinking. To be successful in this role, one must demonstrate proficiency with Excel and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is ready to develop and hone their skills in the fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Buyers with the following:
    • Avail requests
    • Create estimates
    • Pre/Post log times
    • Contract review
    • Out of Home research, documentation
    • Schedule maintenance
    • Post Analysis reporting
    • Added Value recaps
    • Additional reporting as needed
  • IO creation
  • Platform Pacing reports
  • CPM evaluations
  • Process Documentation
  • Liaison to Media Specialists for Billing

Required Skills:

  • 0-1 years+ experience working with advertising agency or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Expertise in MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
  • Desire and organizational ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Desire to work in a team atmosphere
  • Experience with STRATA software is a plus
  • Experience with Automotive clients is a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, actual salary may vary based on Pinnacle’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location.
