Pinnacle Advertising Adds Two Executives to Its C-Suite

Pinnacle Advertising has named Jules Boasberg as Chief Growth Officer and Jon Berna as Chief Technology & Data Officer, strengthening our executive leadership team as we continue to build momentum in 2026.

Jules brings deep experience in agency growth, new business development, and strategic leadership, having previously held senior roles at Haworth Marketing and Bernstein-Rein Advertising. Based in Kansas City, he will lead our growth strategy across markets.

“Jules’ track record of building businesses, developing strong relationships, and leading with clarity speaks for itself,” said Michael Magnusson, CEO of Pinnacle Advertising.

Jon joins Pinnacle after years as a close partner to our agency, most recently serving as CEO of Driven Data and LVL Up Auto. In his new role, he will oversee our technology, data, and analytics strategy.

“Jon’s expertise in leveraging data to drive lifetime customer value, through both retention and acquisition, is unmatched,” Magnusson added.
