We’re thrilled to announce a significant addition to our leadership team here at Pinnacle with the addition of Doug Jones to our executive team.  Doug has officially taken on the dual role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, marking a pivotal moment as we continue to evolve and grow in this dynamic industry.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Doug brings a wealth of strategic leadership experience in advertising, marketing, finance, and operations to the agency. His previous successes come from prestigious companies such as Isobar Public Sector and Sapient RazorFish, as well as agencies like Acquity Group, Manifest Digital, Digitas, and Whittmanhart.

Doug’s expertise extends across various domains, including business development, strategic planning, operations management, process improvement, and financial stewardship. His proven ability to lead diverse teams in highly competitive and fast-paced environments aligns perfectly with our agency’s needs.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and maintains a commitment to lifelong learning by participating in the Association of National Advertisers (ANA).

Outside of the office, Doug balances his time between family, volunteering for local organizations, and enjoying an occasional round of golf.
