The Bet on Ideas Award honors someone who brings bold thinking, creative courage, and relentless refinement to the work. This year, that honor goes to Anne To.
Anne consistently elevates ideas beyond the first draft, refining, strengthening, and pushing concepts until they truly stand out. She’s proactive, innovative, and always growing, whether she’s teaching herself new tools like Figma or finding smarter ways to use AI to improve efficiency.
Beyond her design talent, Anne is a collaborator who raises the level of everyone around her. She leads by example, shows up with curiosity and humor, and never hesitates to jump in and help move the work forward.
🚀 Never Settle Award: Emilie Felt
The Never Settle Award represents the highest standard across all of Pinnacle’s pillars, and Emilie Felt exemplifies that standard every day.
Emilie consistently goes above and beyond her role, contributing across task forces, major initiatives, and system improvements that shape how the agency operates. From her leadership in Airtable Ranger work to her involvement in CDP and SEO management, Emilie brings accountability, follow-through, and an unwavering drive to make things better.
She raises the bar while bringing positivity, energy, and humanity to everything she does, proving that excellence and approachability can coexist.
📈 Performance Driven Award: Colleen Ellsworth
Winning the Performance Driven Award means delivering results with focus, resilience, and ownership, and Colleen Ellsworth does exactly that.
Colleen manages a high-volume workload with consistency and confidence, while continuing to grow in her role and take on new challenges. From onboarding to managing major accounts, she handles pressure with poise and purpose.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Colleen helps move the agency forward as a Charity Team lead and Airtable Ranger. She brings heart, dedication, and drive to everything she does, and occasionally, a little help from her pup Layla.
🤝 Build Relationships Award: Bobby McMann
The Build Relationships Award recognizes someone who strengthens the agency through trust, collaboration, and consistency. This year’s winner, Bobby McMann, does exactly that.
Bobby plays a key role in connecting teams across the agency while keeping client work aligned and moving forward. Working seamlessly with media, creative, accounting, and external partners, he brings clarity, reliability, and a calm presence to complex projects. Just as importantly, Bobby builds strong, lasting relationships with clients, making them feel heard, supported, and confident in the work.
And when needed, his expert knowledge (and impressive old-school rap vinyl collection) doesn’t hurt either.
