Pinnacle Advertising Helps Skydeck Chicago “Make Your Own Story”

Skydeck Chicago is taking its brand to new heights (literally and figuratively) with the launch of their Make Your Own Story campaign, created in partnership with Pinnacle Advertising.

Designed to position the iconic Willis Tower destination as more than a view, the campaign leans into emotion and experience. Short-form video, photography, and a refreshed website bring the guest journey to life, from the ground-floor museum to Catalog Food Hall to the unforgettable thrill of The Ledge.

“The Skydeck is more than a view. It’s a feeling,” said Jac Mansour, Pinnacle’s Chief Creative Officer. “It’s the laugh you let out when your knees start shaking. We wanted to capture that.”

To do so, Pinnacle’s production team took bold steps, including filming from the side of the tower itself, to capture one-of-a-kind perspectives of visitors’ reactions. The result is a cinematic portrayal of what it means to step out 1,353 feet above the city.

“This isn’t just about content,” added Skydeck General Manager Randy Stancik. “It’s about sharing the soul of Skydeck. What Pinnacle delivered is exactly that.”

The campaign also coincides with a digital transformation of Skydeck’s website, adding new storytelling features and a Spanish-language toggle to welcome a broader audience.
