THE OPPORTUNITY

WeatherTech’s beloved golden retriever, Scout, was given life-saving, cutting edge cancer treatment and care from the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It saved and extended his life, so let’s tell his story to promote the school and help it raise donations by talking to a big audience-100 million people on the Super Bowl.

THE INSIGHT

Scout was the star of many WeatherTech commercials, so let him to tell his “story” in his own words and voice to this big audience. As he said, donating to help other pets can really make a difference. “I’m living proof”.

THE SOLUTION

The commercial generated so much buzz and free press days before and after the game. It helped raise millions of dollars from kind-hearted people from all 50 states as well as a dozen countries. It is through this generosity that the University can expand their research and save countless other dogs from canine cancer.
